On August 21, US President Trump announced the strategy his government will pursue towards Afghanistan and South Asia. Trump declared that the US would not withdraw its forces from Afghanistan, unlike what was promised by his predecessor Barack Obama. On the contrary, the US would escalate its military intervention in Afghanistan and Pakistan in order to achieve “victory” over the Taliban and various other forces.
Condemn the use of weapons of mass terror by US imperialism and its allies!
Opposition is growing to the policy of US imperialism to increasingly use unmanned aircraft (called drones) to unleash death and destruction on various targets in other countries. Originally used as spy planes, drones have been modified to carry missiles and launch attacks. Over the coming decade, the US is expected to double its expenditure on drones to more than $11 billion. The command of these deadly machines lies with the American spy agency the CIA, and is located thousands of kilometres away in secured locations back in the US or in other bases.
While tightening their economic pressure against Iran through punitive sanctions, the Anglo-American imperialists are simultaneously busy making preparations for outright military aggression as well. US president Obama’s recent statements about giving time to allow the sanctions to take effect are only a diplomatic ruse to fool world opinion.
Ten years of unjust wars and violation of sovereignty under concocted pretexts
Ten years after that horrific event, it is now clear that the terrorist attack of 9/11 was the launching pad for a fascist military campaign to assert and impose the hegemony of US imperialism on the global scale. It was either a remarkable piece of good fortune for US imperialism, or a clandestine diabolical plot masterminded by the US imperialists themselves. US imperialism has clearly been the principal political beneficiary.

The struggle against corruption is part and parcel of the struggle to change the political and economic system in our country. An important and immediate aim of this struggle is to reclaim from Parliament what belongs to the people, namely — sovereignty, the supreme decision making power.

Anglo-American troops and intelligence agents – Out of South Asia!
Statement of the Central Committee of the Communist Ghadar Party of India, 5th May, 2011
Terrorism as a preferred tactic of imperialist geo-politics was first introduced in our region by the two superpowers, US imperialism and Soviet social-imperialism. After the expulsion of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, the American and British imperialists and their intelligence agencies, the CIA and MI5, became the principal sponsors of terrorist groups in west and south Asia, using them to topple regimes, infiltrate popular movements and destroy nations in their drive for unquestioned world domination.
The working class has to fight to become the ruling class!
May Day Call of the Communist Ghadar Party of India, 2011
Replacing one party or coalition by another in the existing capitalist democracy does not lead to any advance for the toiling masses. It does not change the capitalist orientation of the economy. It does not end the loot and plunder of our land and labour, nor the attacks on our rights. The only way the situation will change is if we who produce the wealth of India become her masters. Then and only then can we reorient the economy to provide prosperity and protection for all.
On 24 March, the Communist Ghadar Party of India, the Socialist Unity Center of India (Communist), CPIML, and Peoples Front (Delhi) organised a joint demonstration at parliament to condemn the savage imperialist aggression on Libya by the forces of US, Britain, France and other NATO countries.
In the wake of people’s uprisings in North Africa and West Asia, the Anglo-American imperialists are using the civil war in Libya as a pretext to intervene militarily. Towards this end, they have launched a campaign full of hypocrisy and exaggeration about the situation in Libya, to justify the ongoing military intervention.

This visit comes at a time when the US imperialists are getting caught in the mire of the war they have unleashed in Afghanistan and Pakistan’s border provinces, as a result of the heroic resistance struggle of the peoples.
