Condemn the cowardly hanging of Mohammed Afzal Guru!

On the morning of 9 February, under the cover of utmost secrecy, the Indian state hanged Mohammed Afzal Guru and buried him inside Tihar Jail in Delhi.  His family and the rest of the country came to know only after the fact.  The execution of Afzal Guru was a shameless and cowardly act that cannot be justified in the name of law and justice.  On the contrary, the evidence shows

DTC getting ready for strike

On 5th February 2013, the DTC Bachao Sanyukt Morcha (Save DTC Joint Front) organised an open convention at the Indraprastha Depot of the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), to call upon the workers to make the two day All India Strike a resounding success.This convention was attended by hundreds of union activists from various DTC depots.

Public Meeting in Sangam Vihar

Sangam Vihar in South Delhi is one of Asia’s largest kutchi colony. The working class constitutes a majority of the residents. The blood of thousands of innocent victims of organised violence has not yet dried on the streets of Bombay, Surat, Delhi and other places, while lakhs have fled their homes, and returned penniless and destitute to the far corners of the country.

100 years ago Ghadar Party was formed by Indians in the US.It was historic milestone in our anti-colonial struggle.
