Long live International Workers Day!

This parasitic and rotten system is a burden on the working class!

Statement of the Delhi Regional Committee of Communist Ghadar Party of India, 1 May 2016

Comrades, Red Salute on May Day!

Over 130 years ago the working class heralded the struggle for their rights as workers demanded eight hours working day, with eight hours of rest and another eight to be dedicated to fulfilling their duties towards the society. To crush the struggle of the working class of Chicago the government of the capitalist imprisoned the workers, condemned them to harsh punishment and tortured them in various ways, including sending them to the gallows. The police and security forces of the capitalists fired upon them, killing hundreds of workers. The flag in the hands of the workers was drenched in their blood and this became the symbol of their struggle against the capitalists class.

No to military collaboration between India and the US!

With the recent visit to India of US Defence Secretary Ashton Carter – his third visit so far – the Indian state has taken further steps to cement its military ties with US imperialism.  While India-US military collaboration started after the end of the Cold War in the 1990s, it has been steadily gathering pace in the last decade or more.

This military collaboration with the deadliest and most aggressive imperialist power known to mankind is fundamentally against the interests of the Indian people.  It threatens the peace and security of our region.  It must be opposed by all right-thinking Indians.

Tamil Nadu Elections 2016:

Defeat the capitalist program of maximising exploitation and plunder!

Fight for the communist program to ensure prosperity and protection for all!

People’s empowerment is the only way forward!

Statement of the Central Committee of Communist Ghadar Party of India, 15th April, 2016

To put an end to exploitation, discrimination, corruption and criminal politics, it is not enough to change individuals and parties.  We need a change of system.  The existing unrepresentative system and political process must be replaced by a modern democracy in which the will of the majority prevails.  Instead of people voting to place parties in power, a political party must be required to provide the people with a leading force so that they can exercise power.

Communist Ghadar Party of India calls on all political forces interested in ending the rule of capitalist greed and imperialist plunder, of corruption and criminality, to unite and agitate for the following changes in the political system and process of representation.
