Jan Chetna Manch in Jakhal in Haryana, organised a cultural evening on 23 March on the occasion of Martyrs Day. Hundreds of people participated in the programme.
The highlight of the programme was the drama presented by Sangwaari Natak Samuh (Group). The statement issued Communist Ghadar Party of India on the occasion titled “Call of the Martyrs – Work for victory of revolution and socialism on Indian Soil”, as widely distributed during the event.
An engrossing presentation on the life and work of Shahid Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev, and martyrs of Hindostan Ghadar Party was also made. Jagsir Singh Jidda sang a song and members of Shaheed Bhagat Singh manch from Myond village presented a play on the occasion.
